All items are Antique Collectors items only and guaranteed to be authentic.

All Antique guns are sold as is and not intented for use.  We specialize in antique historical firearms and as such these items are not guaranteed or warranted in any way as safe to load or fire. By accepting delivery of any item, the buyer accepts all responsibility and liability of ownership including proper storage and handling.

Please be aware of your own country's law on the collecting of antique weapons.

Layaway:

We offer a 90 Day Lay-Away. Longer terms may be negotiable for higher-priced items.

15% is required as down payment of the purchase price of the item(s) Down payment must be received within 5 days.

The inspection period is waived on all Lay-Away Purchases and have no return priveleges.

All Lay-Aways must be paid-in-full within 90 days. Lay-Aways not claimed in 90 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge/fee of the purchase price of the item(s)

Refunds on cancelled purchases are subject of 15% restocking charge/fee of the purchase price of the item(s).

Return policy:

Five days inspection privilege.

If not satisfied, notified us by telephone or e-mail and return the item unfired and in the same condition as initially shipped and we will refund the item purchase price.( ex. shipping)

(Customer is responsible for both party's shipping costs and Customs charges)

Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping.

The buyer pays all shipping and insurance expenses.

Packaging:

We take great care by packing the items ourselves.

• Your personal data will be processed by Bolk-Antiques

• Where it is necessary to enable us to provide you with the services you have requested, we will transfer your personal data to third parties (for example: we may transfer your data to our bank, payment card system operators, shippers, , insurers, catalogue and direct marketing fulfilment and distribution). These organisations will only use the information to carry out the instructed services and on the basis, that the information is confidential and secure. Some of these organisations may be located outside the EEA (please see below).

• We do not transfer your personal data to third parties who wish to use it for their own marketing or other purposes.

• We may need to carry out anti-money laundering and trade sanction checks and for us to do so we may need to retain and disclose certain information about you to appropriate agencies. This is also to assist with fraud, crime prevention and detection.
